75 max - plated, sit-down dinner service
Licensee must obtain a $1 million Event Liability
Insurance coverage through a personal insurance provider (homeowners insurance)or www.wedsafe.com. If Alcohol will be served, you must add on "host liquor liability" coverage. The total cost for this coverage can range from free to $175.00 depending on what insurer you use.
You must use our OLCC server, and carry full liability insurance.
50% deposit to hold the space
Deposits are non refundable after ten days
Our package includes a 6 hour rental period between 10:00am and 10pm. We ask that all wedding events conclude by 10pm however we allow for exceptions. Your conclusion time should include the time you will need to remove all your personal belongings.
Our packages do not include catering or beverages. You are welcomed to bring your own caterer or self cater. The kitchen cost is $75.00 with the usage of a professional caterer. If you will be self-catering, there is a $100.00 usage and cleaning fee.
We rent from Interstate Rentals (www.isevents.com). We ask that you use our rental company to order all your supplies as they are familiar with our space, courteous, and prompt. We will arrange for pick up and delivery for an additional fee
If you choose the all inclusive package, you may upgrade your chairs or tables by paying the difference in cost. Please see rate sheet for pricing.
